Welcome to PaxEM Health. PaxEM Health is a brand of Future Path Health Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Future Path Health", "PaxEM Health", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PaxEM Health website, mobile applications and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity (such as a clinic or hospital), you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Nature of the Services
PaxEM Health is a technology platform that connects patients with healthcare providers, laboratories, insurers and financial partners. PaxEM Health is not a medical provider and does not itself practise medicine, offer medical advice or provide emergency services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
3. Account & security
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Consultations, prescriptions & diagnostics
Healthcare services are provided by independent, verified practitioners and facilities listed on the platform. PaxEM Health facilitates scheduling, communication and record-keeping but is not a party to the doctor-patient relationship. Prescriptions, lab orders and clinical advice are the sole responsibility of the treating practitioner.
5. Payments
Fees for consultations, diagnostics, insurance and financing products are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed via authorised payment gateways. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable once a service has been rendered.
6. Insurance & medical finance
Insurance plans and financing products made available on PaxEM Health are offered by third-party providers. PaxEM Health acts as an aggregator and does not underwrite any policy or loan. Eligibility, coverage and terms are governed by the respective provider's documentation.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload, including health records, images and reviews. By uploading content, you grant PaxEM Health a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Services or attempt to disrupt their operation.
- Do not upload false, misleading, infringing or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users without authorisation.
- Do not use the Services to send unsolicited marketing.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, trademarks, logos, text and design elements, are owned by PaxEM Health or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaxEM Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. PaxEM Health does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaxEM Health and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the safety of other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
